Shipping & Returns
Return Policy
Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of any HairCycle products. However, we will refund the shipping cost if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the continental U.S. only. HairCycle negotiates the best possible shipping and handling prices for our customers and automatically computes and displays shipping charges during checkout. If your order totals more than $75, we cover the shipping cost. Please note, this offer applies to a single U.S. address per order and does not include shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
Delivery Time Frame
Orders placed before 11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are generally shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the next business day. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Standard shipping is done via UPS Ground, though during peak periods, it may take an extra business day for the order to leave our facility.
Shipping Notice
If we are unable to ship within the time frame stated above, we will notify you via email within one business day with the updated expected shipping date.
Orders are shipped from our Atlanta location. Standard shipping typically takes two to five business days to arrive after shipping. For expedited shipping, we offer UPS 2nd Day delivery, where you can expect your order to arrive two business days after shipping.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Deliveries
HairCycle is not liable for shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged due to courier handling. Once the product has left our warehouse, we cannot control how it is handled by the courier service.
Cancelling or Modifying an Order
You may cancel or modify your order without charge before it is shipped. If your order has already been shipped, HairCycle representatives will inform you, and further modifications will not be possible.
Return Protection
For your protection, we encourage you to return items via UPS, with tracking. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. If you request a refund, your credit card will be credited within 48 hours of processing your return. Please indicate on the packing slip the reason for returning the product, so we can continue to improve our service.
Order Notification
All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to your requested shipping method. In the rare case that your order does not arrive, we must receive notification of lost items via email or phone within 10 days of the purchase date.
Third-Party Agents
We use an outside shipping company (UPS) to deliver orders and a credit card processing company to bill for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.
Legal Disclosure
We reserve the right to disclose personally identifiable information as required by law when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.
